The breakfast and dinner were very good. The location in a beautiful setting was relaxing and impressive. We were really disappointed when we heard upon arrival that all the amenities described in the listing—pool, spa, gym—were not available, but closed. Those were the things that mainly prompted us to book this hotel.

Great overall, but the pool was under construction.

The room featured a lovely balcony with a good view of nature. The pool, however, was not available at that time.

Breakfast was good. Basic, but good. The photos of this hotel are so incorrect and misleading. The pool- is drained, cracked and overgrown with moss. The fitness center is non-existent. The location- on a road with the sound of scooters going by ALL NIGHT. They say they have an aviary. In the aviary we found a cat, a couple of peacocks and dirt, pigeon poop and moss. It was extremely unsafe and unkept

The location and the hotel were exceptional, the rooms beautiful and clean, and we were the only guests—a unique experience; however, staff were few, which is understandable with just one room, the swimming pool—my main reason for booking—was completely broken and should be removed from the description, and although the gardens are gorgeous they are sadly very unkempt.
