I liked the adjacent room, which is hard to find in this area. The staff were not professional, they didn’t clean the room, and there were cockroaches and other insects in the room. The shower was not working.

I liked the adjacent room, which is hard to find in this area. The staff were not professional, they didn’t clean the room, and there were cockroaches and other insects in the room. The shower was not working.

The room was a decent size, but we didn’t receive the terrace‑view room we had booked. They also claim their rooms are booked and then hand you rooms on a different floor in the same building, calling it a different hotel. I had to ask repeatedly for towels, a water bottle, and we didn’t get toiletries.

Overall it was a good stay; the location, the owner, and the whole hotel team were friendly and approachable at any time.

The décor inside was pretty cool, but I kept asking for a money receipt and they said they'd send it on WhatsApp—never did. When the immigration officer at Agartala land port asked for the hotel receipt, I had nothing to show.
