Overall, the new property is good and the owner is helpful. The parking is small and the balcony door is broken.

The location is great. The lack of an elevator and a shower are the only downsides.

Great for dogs: a large fenced lawn with grass that you can access directly from the ground floor if you have a room, and our dog had a blast playing with other dogs.

Modern facilities, quiet atmosphere, and a spot close to the beach—nothing to complain about.
