“not good will not stay here again”
The breakfast area was clean and warm, and the staff at that time were very helpful. However, the pool was closed during my stay and no one informed me beforehand; at 105 degrees outside, it was unpleasant to return to the hotel and stay in the room for hours. I was promised a $50.00 credit, but it never materialised, even after a discount. In the lobby I spotted a large dead bug under a chair, my room lacked body wash, and there was something on the wall that I couldn't identify.
