The location was fine. However, the room wasn’t available at the time I was told. I tried to contact the place by message and phone to ask why and when it would actually be ready, and I’m still waiting for a reply two days after my stay. I had to wait three hours for the room to open, and they were still doing something at that moment.

“Soggiorno assolutamente negativo e pieno di disservizi”

I was disappointed from the moment I arrived at Casa Valentina, where the building has only three floors and no elevator. The email I received before arrival gave me a gate code and told me the key would be on the third floor, with a check‑in time of 15:30. We got there about 20 minutes early, opened the gate, and walked up to the third floor with our luggage, only to find the key missing. We waited until 15:30, hoping someone would come to help, but no one showed up. I kept calling the contact number listed on the booking site and on the sign at the property, yet no one answered all afternoon. A nearby shopkeeper kindly stepped in and managed to reach the cleaning staff. Around 17:00 a woman arrived, claiming to be the cleaning staff’s sister, and after a phone call she opened the third‑floor door, but the room was already occupied. She then directed us to the first‑floor room, which was also still dirty and in need of cleaning. She managed to get the necessary supplies to remake the bed and clean the bathroom, but there was no material to mop the floor.
