We liked the rooms, but the elevators were slow and there were no convenient stairs; the bodywash, shampoo, and conditioner had an unpleasant smell. Those are minor issues, and overall we still liked the hotel.

Everything was fantastic—the free appetizers before dinner were great! We had no dislikes.

The hotel was nice, the staff very helpful, breakfast excellent, and although it was a bit out of the way, we chose it over expensive central Boston hotels; overall it was a very nice hotel. Nothing was lacking for our purposes. As Australian tourists driving through New England and New York, hotels like this are affordable and provide everything we need—clean, secure, reasonably stylish, excellent staff, convenient breakfast.

The room was spacious with a comfy bed and a nice bathroom, and the on-site restaurant was excellent for dinner. There were no issues at all.

The water pressure was weak, and the pillows were too soft, so I had to buy a new one for the rest of my stay. The air conditioning ran on a timer, leaving the room uncomfortably hot while waiting for it to activate again, which made it impossible to sleep.
