The location was fine, but the sun loungers at both large pools were often occupied with towels, and for 1‑2 hours no one was on the lounge; overall there were too few loungers at both pools, no parasol or awning on the balcony, the breakfast room was too hot with no airflow, which was very uncomfortable.

It was calm and well‑situated, but the meal and pool schedules were geared toward foreigners.

There’s never a dull moment with three pools, a spa, a rooftop, a fitness centre, animation and nightly themed restaurant evenings with live music, plus just a few steps to the beach. However, having only one person at the open‑kitchen show wasn’t enough given all the facilities, especially when the hotel was fully booked.
