Everything was absolutely perfect!

Everything is new, very comfortable, and the place is impeccably clean, with great service. Unfortunately, the walls are thin and there’s no soundproofing, so noise from adjacent rooms can be very disturbing.

The staff was friendly. A group of kids stayed in the hotel and made a lot of noise—bass music, shouting, banging on doors—and the staff couldn’t calm them down (they only told them once to stop). Another issue was the food; the whole family got food poisoning. The elevator made a terrible noise that could be heard throughout the hotel; my room was right next to it, so the noise was especially loud at night.
