Everything was excellent from the welcome at arrival to our departure. Great facilities, located in a stunning and magnificent place, high‑performance golf courses. Relaxing and great for a family holiday. The villas are excellent and have all the amenities needed for a good stay. The pools are magnificent. The only downside was that it was just one week… 😭😭😂😂😂😂 but we’ll definitely return.

The accommodation was very spacious, very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, with a balcony offering a fantastic view of Lagoa de Óbidos / Foz do Arelho. At check‑in we noticed our apartment was a kilometre from reception and, being a complex with dozens of units, no one guided us to it, so we were a bit lost. No guided tour was provided. Regarding the small breakfast, we chose to take it in the apartment because the restaurant was next to reception and only reachable by car. Access to the complex had only one entrance/exit. For those who want to vacation, park the car and walk to the beach, it’s definitely not the ideal destination. We had to drive for meals, beach, shopping. On the way to the apartment we realized the complex was still under construction and not obviously a quiet vacation spot, with cranes everywhere, construction noise, trucks, chainsaws…

The modern architecture is stunning in a perfect setting, and the restaurant staff were exceptional; however, the reception ladies gave poor customer service – I called twice and no one answered, and when I reported the broken A/C via their WhatsApp I was met by a bot that said it was out of hours even though reception was supposedly open for another 45 minutes, and the nearest supermarket is 25 minutes away, so a mini‑market on site would be a must.

The location and overall structure are fine, but the cleanliness was lacking; the crib issue was unacceptable with zero backup solution – even after I informed them the crib wasn’t there, nothing was done, and at night when I realized it hadn’t been set up, the reception was closed and the hotel offered no further solution.
