As a regular guest at this hotel, I've noticed a decline in quality over time. The towels are old, and other amenities are also showing signs of wear. To make matters worse, the laundry service was subpar, with late pickups and clothes coming back covered in white particles.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of my room and the hotel's great location. However, I wish there was a comfortable chair in the room so I could sit and eat or work. Additionally, the TV turning on by itself twice while I was sleeping was a bit unsettling.

I was initially drawn to this hotel's modern design and nice views, and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. However, upon checking into my room on the 10th floor, I was disappointed to find stained cups, a dusty room, and a blocked shower drain. Despite contacting staff, the housekeeping team needs to step up their game to meet expectations.
