The location, the restaurant, and the nice room were great, but the hallway wasn’t fully cleaned.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and very clean, but the single pillow was too thin and the walls were heavy so everything could be heard.

The room was spacious and stylishly furnished right on the promenade, breakfast was good and dinner at the restaurant was also fine; the pillows were too hard and thick, a second pillow would have helped, and the reception staff’s English was lacking.

The hotel sits right on the waterfront in the heart of the promenade, the Swedish‑style buffet breakfasts were very good, the room was spacious and modern with firm mattresses that we liked; however, the dirty towels made a bad first impression, but the staff swapped them immediately after we reported it; the water bottle in the room is now a standard, even in lower‑tier hotels, and it was missing here.
