We had a fantastic family stay! We came to Leipzig for a football match. Originally I booked a room for myself and my two kids, three people total. Just before arrival, my wife and our two‑year‑old decided to join. I asked if we could all stay together in one room. The kind lady immediately allowed it, and we didn’t pay extra. I’m very grateful! The room was surprisingly spacious and gave us plenty of room. We slept very well. In the morning we made our own breakfast. The heating worked perfectly and it was comfortably warm. Everything fit wonderfully! The friendliness and helpfulness of the lady left a very positive impression. We felt at home as a family and would love to come back anytime. Thank you for the great hospitality!

I stayed in apartment 5 for one night. The toilet and the rooms smelled like sewage and mould. The blankets had a mouldy odor, and the curtains were covered in big spiderwebs. I had two kids with me, and in October the heating was not working; despite complaining, it was never turned on. The smell and mould pose a health risk, and I’m not sure how they can get a permit to operate this place.

The location is acceptable, close to the bathing lakes and the theme park. The apartment was riddled with defects that unfortunately weren’t fixed. My request for a discount was ignored or unanswered. The support is underground!

Right after our very last‑minute booking, we received a WhatsApp message and were personally welcomed at our arrival; there’s a large parking space in front of the door. No criticism, just a note: kitchen equipment is very limited, the bed is quite soft, and the nearest train station is 1.5 km away.
