The holiday home is clean and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen that’s very handy, and it’s quite quiet. However, the property actually consists of two separate bedrooms that can be rented independently, sharing a single kitchen and bathroom. We missed a living area with a sofa, and compared to other rentals we had in the Westerwald, this place felt a bit pricey.

What stood out was the personal care from the owner, who was very accommodating, helpful, and attentive. The quiet location and the orientation of the apartment are especially pleasant on hot days, and the bathroom is quite spacious. We would definitely recommend the apartment to hikers. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the TV because it wouldn’t turn on.

The hosts were very sweet and welcoming, the place was cozy and had everything you need, and there’s a small playground for the kids.
