I’ve stayed here three or four times and always enjoy the hotel. The accommodation was comfortable, the staff very good, the facilities also good, and all the necessary shops are nearby. The parking is just a little further from the hotel, but that isn’t a major issue.

Access was easy and the staff were friendly, and everything else was fine.

Rooms were very clean and well maintained, and the staff were courteous and helpful, though a few chair handles needed cleaning; overall the facility was very clean.

Everything was great, and there were no negatives.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious, customer service was excellent, and breakfast met the Hotel One standard. However, the bathroom in room 313 had water build‑up after use, the aging ACs need replacement but do cool after a while, and the bathroom doors were 12 mm office glass doors that are heavy to open for kids under 8 and can close on them, a feature I've never seen in hotel rooms.
