“Disappointing stay”

Breakfast was the only redeeming part, but even that had issues: on the first day the sausages tasted sour and we had to speak to the chef. The room itself was small, lacked a balcony, and the bathtub had shoe marks. The fridge didn’t work, the AC in one room was off, and housekeeping staff Suneel and Sudheer were rude when we raised these problems. Overall, a very disappointing experience and I won’t book Sarover Portico again.

“Excellent!”

The hotel offers an incredible ambience; walking into the beautifully designed lobby feels elegant, welcoming, and relaxed. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable with a plush bed and a quiet environment that made rest easy. Staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, giving great local tips and ensuring a fast, smooth check‑in. Its location is extremely convenient, close to key markets and popular local spots, and the fresh breakfast spread was a highlight. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Jaipur; I look forward to returning.

“Comfortable clean hotel not much suitable for vacationing with kids”

The rooms were clean, roomy, and the breakfast was good. The food was very expensive, the amenities were too few, and it’s a decent hotel if you don’t plan to spend much time there, but there was no warm welcome and a very bureaucratic vibe.
