“Overall excellent except sleep affected by hard mattress”

The location was beautiful and peaceful, yet the mattresses in the bedroom were too hard and required a soft topper.

We had Mount Fuji view from the room and the balcony. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It seems to be an old property and lacks the wow factor. It requires renovation to modernise it
