The location and the very good welcome! The window looked out onto a storage room.

The staff were very, very nice and the breakfast was delicious. The roof terrace was also very nice. It might have been a bit noisy.

The staff were very friendly and the overall experience was good, but a barking dog in the neighborhood was a nuisance. I booked a sea‑view room, yet the room itself had no view of the sea.
