“Local tranquilo, bom atendimento, hotel com muito espaço, boa opção em Pavones.”

We stayed in a very spacious room with a king bed, two single beds, armchairs, a TV, and a terrace overlooking the sea. The location was great—directly facing a beach, quiet, roomy, with parking. The staff were very helpful, the pool was nice, and overall it was a good option in Pavones. The internet was practically non‑existent: slow, unstable, almost unusable (but that’s an issue in all of Pavones, not just this hotel). Breakfast was abundant but very weak—just a thermos of coffee, supermarket bread, a dab of butter and a dab of jam. The fruit was good.

The rooms were comfortable and on the beach line, surrounded by plenty of nature and local wildlife. We saw a family of titi monkeys right outside the restaurant, a boa, and many parrots.

“Nice Hotel, Unfriendly Staff”

The pool was nice and the gardens beautiful; it was quiet at night, perfect for a good sleep, and since there were few options nearby, this was my first choice even though it was a bit pricey. The staff and owners were terrible. As soon as we started speaking Spanish, their attitude changed completely and we felt unwelcome from day one. It’s really disappointing to receive this kind of treatment—especially in your own country.
