The hotel features a fitness centre, indoor pool, and garden, as well as a hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and seating area. A continental breakfast is served daily, and a minimarket is on site. It's a short walk from Ober Gatlinburg and close to Ripley's Aquarium and Dollywood.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and there was nothing to complain about.

The spot was spot on – we could stroll to most places, and a bus ran to other spots if we needed. The rooms were spotless, the staff were welcoming, and the breakfast was solid. The only downside was having to pay extra for parking.

I enjoyed my stay here. Love the firepit. The pool was nice, Great location, clean, nice amenities. Friendly Staff. We did not get room service, we did not want it. However I think they should still do a courtesy knock to ensure that we did not want or need anything. My personal opinion
