The outdoor area and the view from the room were great, and the breakfast was excellent! However, the hydro didn't seem clean; after filling the bathtub and turning on the hydro system, a lot of old grime came out.

Everything was simply perfect, I'm satisfied. The only downside was the route to get there, which is a bit bad.

We loved everything; the chalet we stayed in was the Nebiolo, super comfortable, with a beautiful view of the forest, and the staff were wonderful people. Maria and Késsia were very attentive and helpful, and we will definitely come back more times. The only issue was the shower, which was either too hot or too cold, with no middle ground, but it was just a detail.

The place is beautiful. The road to the lodge is terrible, with no signage and full of potholes, making the trip to Monte Verde exhausting.

The place is pretty, clean, and the service is excellent. The road is bad, with no signage, and there is no internet signal.
