The service from Miss Faisa was always kind and attentive, they fixed the Wi‑Fi issue, gave us an umbrella and towels, and the breakfast was varied and good. The bathroom’s baseboards were broken, the shower screen was broken and wouldn’t close, and there was no TV cable; otherwise everything was fine.

The location was excellent! The room was clean, but the furnishings were very old and some parts were rusted.

The only good thing was the breakfast and the single staff member. Between Wednesday and Saturday, no one entered the room to clean the bathroom or even replace the toilet paper that ran out the last day. We had clean towels on the third day because we requested them and they were handed over at reception. A small curtain on the window didn’t block the light, so at night the brightness seeped in from all sides.
