The lodge features a pool, garden areas, and offers bird watching, forest & beach walks, and spa treatments. Maitland Beach and Baywest Mall are nearby, with Port Elizabeth and Kragga Kamma Game Park within a 30-minute drive.

The bath on the deck was a highlight.

We stayed in the hornbill cottage and it was fantastic for our family of four; the kids loved the hot tub, and the dams, pool, and playground were all great. The location was ideal for exploring the area, and the nearby restaurants and activities were excellent. I highly recommend it.
