“Posizione buona, soggiorno un po'meno”
The location feels fairly central; you can walk to several points of interest in 10 minutes and it’s close to the metro, and the street seemed safe and quiet. Even though we booked a while ago and breakfast wasn’t included, the girl at the front desk was very courteous and still offered it to us. When we had to leave the apartment, we were able to leave our luggage there and pick it up in the evening without extra charges, and the fridge in the room had two free water bottles. The stay was heavily affected by a few issues, mainly the second one: the check‑in was clunky with few instructions on how to enter and access the BnB, a problem that appears in other reviews as well; we confirmed it. The cleaning was poor: we dealt with a persistent bad smell from the bathroom, whose vents were very dirty (probably not cleaned for a long time, see attached photo). Even with the windows open, the smell didn’t improve, so we reported it via WhatsApp. We were told the issue probably wasn’t theirs and that there was no bad odor that morning (yet we had smelled it since arrival). Because there were no other rooms available, a proper apology or a personal check of the problem could have been offered, but it wasn’t. We understand the problem might have been specific to our room and that we were unlucky, but it was significant and lasted both days of our stay, so we give this rating.
