Heavenly Outlook

The location is excellent for both the town and the beach, and parking is available. The furniture feels a little dated, but the bed is comfortable.

“It was ok but in need of improvement”

Martin, the owner, was a friendly guy. The shower worked well, the bedding and towels were fresh, and the mattress was comfortable. The property needs updating—it looks very tired. Coffee and dried milk were stored in jars that previous guests had used, which wasn’t very hygienic. The room wasn’t clean: dirt was on the door panels, dust lay on the skirtings, spider webs ran down the wardrobe, and the mat around the toilet looked bad.

“Lovely stay with friendly hosts in a comfy room!”

Such a lovely and homely guest house with super friendly hosts. Good spot with lovely views at top of cliff at back. Parking was very useful. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We loved the sofa in the room which meant we had space to spend time getting ready before a concert together. Lovely tea and coffee selection. Good WiFi too. We felt there were some minor decoration and dust areas which let done the otherwise lovely aesthetics of the room. The slanted desk meant making tea and coffee was a bit messy if not quirky and somewhat amusing!
