The staff’s service was excellent, especially the volunteer Iara Pilar, who was always very kind and helpful with any questions I had.

Nice common areas, relaxed atmosphere, and friendly staff. There is no air conditioning in the common areas, and it only turns on in the bedrooms from 8 pm to 8 am. The beds are not very comfortable either.

The hotel was spotless, bright, and cozy, with a fully equipped pool, kitchen, and bathrooms that made the stay unforgettable; staff were outstanding, especially Helen who guided me around the property and helped me settle in quickly, and the location was ideal—just a short walk from Parque De Los Novios, Centro Historico, and the bay—so I’ll definitely book here again for my next trip to the city!
