The place sits right in the old town, close to the city wall – easy to walk around. The staff were friendly and quick to answer questions, and the room was nice and tidy. The only hiccup? The building’s sign is pretty subtle, so you might not spot it when you get to the street.

“Great, 10/10”

I found the hostel smack in the middle of Laomendong, the perfect spot for evening strolls and grabbing a bite. The room was clean, comfy, and quiet. We only stayed a night, but they let us stash our bags after checkout because we were catching a sleeper train to Beijing. The on‑site cafe/bar was handy – we popped back for a drink and a quick call home before heading out.

Great spot in the pedestrian zone, right next to all the restaurants. The staff were friendly, and the bar had solid coffee, cappuccino, and even gelato. The room itself was beautiful and spotless.

“Basic small hotel in the heart of Long Men Dong”

The place rebranded into a small hotel vibe, but the common areas are freezing in winter – not the best for hanging out. The rooms were clean and basic, which was fine. The downside? The bathroom had a pretty strong, unpleasant smell.

“Great location and nice room and staff”

Located smack in the historic Laomendong district, a pedestrian area full of shops and restaurants, and just a stone’s throw from the subway. The room was big, clean, and the staff were helpful and nice. Definitely recommend it.
