Staying here was a very good experience. There is no early shuttle bus to the airport; if your flight is in the morning you must book a taxi or arrange your own transport. The hotel is also quite far from the nearest subway station.

Our stay at this hotel was characterized by its convenient location near Pudong Airport and peaceful atmosphere, but was also marked by communication difficulties due to the limited English spoken by the staff. While this was not unique to this hotel, it did create some challenges during our stay.

The kitchen's quality was impressive, especially considering the reasonable prices for meals. The hotel's proximity to the airport and city center was also a significant advantage. Overall, the hotel's value for money was outstanding.
