The resort felt like a Balinese paradise, fully equipped with every comfort, the staff were consistently friendly, and the spacious, beautiful rooms were impeccably clean – I’d highly recommend it.

A hidden‑gem boutique hotel tucked away from the main tourist spots, perfect for someone seeking a quiet getaway without disturbance. The hotel’s size is just right—neither too big nor too small—so you have people around but aren’t overwhelmed by a big‑resort feel. The WiFi is a bit unstable, which can be an issue if you need to work in an emergency. The bedding is clean, but the room has a musty or moldy smell; improving that would be nice.

The breakfast was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the massages were great.

The hotel is beautifully designed, the staff were constantly friendly, helpful and attentive, the room was very nice with a comfortable bed, the restaurant served excellent food and we ate very well, and the pool and spa area were lovely while the gym was appealing and we enjoyed using it.
