“NICE BUT NOT REMARKABLE”

Overall, it’s a pretty nice hotel, but the staff could have been friendlier. I got a room with a balcony, but there were no chairs, no coat rack, nothing! Also no free water bottles, which is standard in Asia. The warm dishes at breakfast were either cold or lukewarm. Don’t bother with the beach—there’s absolutely nothing there, and it seems the hotel has completely abandoned it.

The location, the service, and the staff were all excellent.

The view of the sea wakes you up every morning, and the large, spotless pool comes with brand‑new loungers and umbrellas. Breakfast is plentiful, offering every imaginable item. The rooms are fresh and immaculate, and they’re tidied daily. Coffee, tea, water and juice are ready in the room, with extra juice in the foyer. The front desk staff are helpful, accommodating, and friendly. The hotel’s proximity to a food court and other shops is a bonus. I can’t find any fault with this place; it delivers excellent value for money.

“It was okay, though it looks nicer on the booking platform.”

The room was comfortable, the toilet was clean, and parking was easy. The beach, however, was a bit dirty.
