Beautiful hotel about half an hour’s walk or bus ride into the centre of Chişinău. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were able to leave our bags at reception after arriving early on a flight. The nearest bus route is about a 5‑9 minute walk from the hotel. We ate at the hotel one night and the food was lovely.

The quality far outweighs the price! The hotel is very nice with a superb restaurant, spa, and spacious rooms. They upgraded us for free and improved the rooms even though we didn't ask. Complimentary tea, coffee, water, and wine are in the room. The parking is tiny and far from the airport, and in the morning peak traffic takes 30‑40 minutes to get to the airport.

The staff looks very nice, clean, comfortable, and pretty. The place is beautiful, the atmosphere is cool, and the hotel’s design is lovely.

They raised the room category and let us check in much earlier once the room was ready, which mattered after a long sleepless drive. They also offered a pleasant bonus of room‑service food. The breakfast was very tasty, hearty, and varied. The staff are friendly and always ready to help.
