The staff were friendly and welcoming, but the state of the room was a different story. I mean, it was like they'd just given up on cleanliness altogether - the curtains were covered in mildew, and there were even some, ahem, bird droppings in the wardrobe where we were supposed to hang our clothes. The bed was rock-hard, and we had to make do with a toothbrush and toothpaste as the only amenities.
