The parking lot was large, but the Wi‑Fi was unusable even though it was supposedly provided. We were assigned a remote room, so we had to haul our luggage up a broken, weak wooden staircase. There weren’t enough towels or toilet paper, the door lock was broken, the shower had mold, and the toilet didn’t have enough water.
