We were turned away at the front desk; the staff looked at my husband and me, said they wouldn't accept our card, and told us to leave, which was very rude.

The hotel’s location is good for the Hard Rock Casino, and the free parking is convenient and not a bad drive. The bar and dining areas should open earlier and close later, and the place can get pretty noisy.

The location was amazing, but the staff didn’t warn us that the jacuzzi was out of order.
