The breakfast selection and restaurant menu were very limited; only the location and pool met expectations. The hotel is absolutely to avoid. The family room booked through Booking was not the one we received upon arrival. The reception staff were interns who were incompetent and unable to make decisions, and the hotel manager was absent. It took three hours to find a solution that did not meet our needs.

Despite the bad reviews, we gave this hotel a chance because of its location and price. The earlier reviews don’t seem fair. It isn’t a luxury hotel, but it was exactly as described. Four bunk beds with a private bathroom, the room was clean and basic. The pool, beach bar, and beach were fantastic. The restaurant served good lunch and dinner with a simple menu. Lions, within walking distance on the beach, were amazing for dinner. Breakfast was buffet on one day, then switched to à la carte due to low occupancy; the food was far better this way and became good. You get what you pay for here—no frills, but great staff and not a bad place to stay for a family. The shower had no hot water.

The pool is directly on the beach. Cleaning, organization, included services (breakfast), reception, staff preparation, room type, and price (in relation to what was advertised) were all lacking.
