“如果平台上能拿到别馆二楼边房的价格在400USD以内的话，别犹豫，订这里吧。”
The hotel’s décor is great, the room facilities are good, and the view is charming. It would be nice if the parking space under the other building were available to guests, because walking those extra two steps in the rain can ruin the mood. The restaurant’s sashimi probably wasn’t fresh due to the mountain location, and breakfast didn’t bring many surprises.

We liked everything: a pretty place, super clean, and the staff were very friendly. The onsen was great. The dinner and breakfast were excellent, but the breakfast was entirely Japanese—no coffee at all. That was the only downside for me, but it didn’t bother my family. The location stressed us a lot at first, but it turned out to be much easier than we expected. After seeing the lake and checking everything we had planned, the T bus took us very quickly to the accommodation. The next day we took a bus to Odawara. Worth repeating. As for me personally, the breakfast was entirely Japanese; my family liked it a lot.

Everything was amazing! The private onsen in the room was a pure joy and let me relax a lot. Nothing!

We really enjoyed the onsen and the delicious food.
The staff were helpful, the rooms were clean and stylish, and the hotel itself was nice. Breakfast was tasty. It was fun that you could choose cute patterned yukatas. The building is old, and the water in the large bath’s shower takes a while to heat up, which bothered me a bit.
