“disappointment”
I couldn't find anything good about this place. The rooms feel ancient, and my balcony faced the main road, making sleep almost impossible. On top of that, loud maintenance started at 6:00 AM and kept going. The room wasn’t cleaned for two straight days, and the staff seemed indifferent to guests’ comfort. For the price, it felt overcharged. The door to the room was so narrow it was a hassle, and one staff member always looked exhausted, which didn’t help the welcome vibe. This was my fifth visit to Hulhumalé, and it was the worst hotel experience I’ve had there. I hope management tackles these problems—cleanliness, maintenance, service, and overall guest experience—seriously.
