The receptionist didn’t know where the room was, and after 10 minutes she wouldn’t give me the key card, even though I had checked in three hours earlier and was leaving for dinner, and she told me other people had stayed in my room! 😆😒😒😒

The interior is very beautiful, the equipment is great (exceptional spa access), very comfortable and clean, but the only downside is the location; there are buses to the city centre but it’s not very convenient and walking is really long, and there’s nothing nearby to do close to the hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay at Park Hotel Plovdiv. The hotel is cosy and welcoming, with everything you need for a comfortable visit. The only minor drawback is that it’s a bit far from the centre—about a 45‑minute walk—but that didn’t stop us from enjoying our time. We especially want to highlight the fantastic staff—everyone was extremely polite, smiling, and responsive, which made our stay even better. The hotel’s restaurant also pleasantly surprised us; the menu is varied, the food is very good, and the service is top‑level. It’s definitely worth dining there. Overall, we were very satisfied and would return. A nice place with great staff and a very good restaurant!
