Location wise is ok. Near to Tawau Signboard Signature, Jetty, restaurant, food stall downtown Tawau and convenience store. Booked family suite coz mention that can fit for 6 pax but apparently there no such thing 3 full bed to fit 6 pax. Family suite only has 1 queen bed, 1 single bed and sofa bed which can only fit for 3 pax. Sofa bed not suitable & not comfortable for sleeping. really scamming people. Staff there explain that advertise not tally with the actual. End up need to add in another 1 standard queen room. Water heater not functioning & water pressure really slow. TV also not functioning. AC also not functioning well. Wifi cant use inside room

The location was strategic. The accommodation itself was poor.

The location was excellent, situated in the BND area surrounded by many shops and easy to find food. The air‑conditioner didn’t cool properly, the toilet leaked, the sink was detached, and the sheets were dirty.

The family room was fine and even had a fridge, plus the sink made cooking easy, but we kept running out of towels despite asking repeatedly, so you’d be better off bringing your own, and there was no Wi‑Fi, which meant the TV was unusable.
