On the penultimate day they cancelled my booking for 20 August, and I was promised that I wouldn’t have to pay the reservation fee because it wasn’t my fault, yet the full amount was still deducted. They never answer the phone. I would not recommend it to anyone!

Nothing— the place is awful, below average! The conditions are miserable, dirty, disorganized, unappealing, a typical “Balaton disappointment.” Don’t go, it contains false, misleading information about the accommodation, communication, conditions, and the staff are unacceptable.

I had no positive aspects to mention, and the place was a complete mess; I never actually stayed there.
