Hotel Kleißl sits at the Sellrain Valley entrance, offering Alpine views. Guests enjoy a modern spa with sauna, steam bath, sun‑beds and a 4 × 5 m indoor pool. Rooms have parquet floors, wood furniture, balconies, flat‑screen satellite TV, minibar and coffee/tea makers. The restaurant serves Austrian and Tyrolean cuisine; a bus stop and shops lie outside.

The staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to help. Breakfast hit the spot and the sauna was a nice touch. All in all, I’d say it lived up to, if not exceeded, what I expected – I’d definitely recommend it.

The place felt like a family‑run inn – the owner spoke decent French, which was handy for us, and he always had fresh bread on the table, something we didn’t see on any other stop in Austria. They gave us a card for free buses to Innsbruck and free ski‑lift rides, and the rooms were spotless with daily housekeeping and fresh towels. It’s tucked away enough for peace but still close to the slopes, and the summer scenery is beautiful. Nothing really bothered us, everything was just right.

The staff were super friendly and happy to explain anything you asked for. Breakfast was good, the restaurant served tasty dishes, and the air‑conditioning worked well. I can’t think of any complaints.

We loved every aspect of our stay – the hotel even deserves more than a perfect score, it’s hard to give it ten points. After the first trip we rearranged our next holiday just to book the same place again, and every request we had was met without fuss. Hannes and Manuela, stay exactly as you are; you make the experience unforgettable.
