Great breakfast, clean room, friendly staff, and a 24‑hour gym. The room had a bleach smell, but at least that told me it was clean.

Breakfast was great, yet the landscaping had weeds, trash was left outside the pavilion, and the trash can at the pavilion was upside down—something that needs outside attention, though inside the hotel everything was clean and nice.

The hotel is conveniently located off the freeway. I was surprised by how clean the interior was after walking through the dirty front entrance. A deep clean of the front entrance would improve the first impression. Trim the shrubbery around the front and add a bench so smokers don’t have to flick their butts onto the asphalt. The property itself is nice; it just needs a bit of shine out front. The street signage is hard to spot at first glance. The sliding glass doors at the front need a deep clean; the glass was foggy when I walked in, so my initial impression wasn’t great. The brown aluminum frames need serious soap and water.
