The hotel is clean, rooms are cleaned daily, the reception girls are attentive and polite, the restaurant deserves special thanks for tasty, hearty breakfasts, the rooms have excellent soundproofing, and thanks to all staff for their hard work.

The location is fine, but there is mold in the shower, most of the pool jets were not working, and when I checked out the room was missing a towel that nobody could find.

We stayed with two families and kids, and left thoroughly satisfied! The hotel is new, spotless, and has a large, guarded parking lot right outside. The staff are pleasant, especially the friendly girls—feels like the team was hand‑picked. Rooms were cleaned daily, with fresh linens and towels. The buffet breakfast was huge, tasty and varied, especially the sweet section… The hotel has its own patisserie, baking everything in‑house; cakes and desserts were simply wow! Once we dined at the on‑site restaurant, the portions were generous, the food tasty, the prices very reasonable, and the service swift. The stay price includes a spa complex with a hydro‑pool. We were impressed when the hotel graciously refunded the full amount for a day’s early departure due to family circumstances 😍. We left very happy and will definitely return!
