The room size was generous, the pool is heated, and the breakfast buffet is very tasty. The shower, although good, had water that ran too far, so we had to lay several towels because the floor was also slippery.

The pool area and gym were great. The elevators were confusing.

The facilities were decent. The staff were terrible and rude; they gave us a room on one floor and then moved us to another because some footballers were staying there, as if we were criminals trying to invade their privacy.
