The facility was awful; it was raining outside and the room got flooded, submerging the air conditioner cord in water, which was terrifying because of the huge fire hazard.

Your bait‑and‑switch deposit policy is scummy; I might get it back in ten days? The building was gross, the room smelled, and the deposit itself was just scummy. It felt like a flop house and I also felt it was dangerous with only one way in.
