The location was very good and parking was available, but the room was set up for one guest instead of two, lacked hand towels, had only one small bottle of water, no spare pillows, and felt very basic.

Breakfast offered a wide range of choices, the room was modern and comfortable, and the location was in the centre of Andover; however, all en‑suite rooms had a shower over the bath, and there were no specific rooms for disabled or elderly guests who cannot manage this setup.

Grande chambre, bon accueil, bien situé en ville , très propre. Stationnement privé difficile à trouver à cause des sens uniques environnants l’hôtel. On a dû stationner temporairement ailleurs pour s’informer à l’hôtel du parcours exact. Mais le parking est très bien

I appreciated the free car parking and the self‑serve breakfast, but the first room lacked a TV remote so we were moved to another room. The second room, 102 on the front, was very noisy until early Friday and Saturday mornings with loud bar music playing until 1 am. No bath‑mat was provided, so I slipped and hurt myself the next morning; I reported this to reception and felt it was very dangerous.
