Finding the place was a bit tricky and access wasn’t easy. The facilities were basic, but the reception was friendly. Breakfast was really good. This spot is for people who want the essentials without extra comfort. Thanks.

We didn’t stay there. We were hugely disappointed with our stay. We booked this place months ahead for our vacation, and upon arrival we were told “your room was given to someone with children” because it was apparently the biggest room. So we ended up in a room outside the Riad, even though it’s part of the property. That change was a huge let‑down, it wasn’t what we booked or expected. The room itself was inconvenient, especially the shower which was just a tap, not comfortable for a holiday. We talked with the staff to find a solution and asked for a refund, given the situation and the difference from what we thought we’d booked. That was denied. What bothered us most was the lack of consistency in the explanations: first we were told clearly our room was reassigned, then we were told rooms aren’t assigned. We were so disappointed on arrival that we didn’t even take photos, our priority was just to find a fix. For a stay booked months in advance and meant to be a vacation, this was especially disappointing. The issue isn’t just the room, but how the situation was handled and the explanations given. We leave feeling very dissatisfied and as if we didn’t receive the service we thought we’d booked. Stay away. Don’t go.
