I couldn’t get the sink to work, the room was dated, and the hotel charged me for a parking spot I never used; I had to call four times to get the fee removed. The decor and overall functionality felt lacking and the staff seemed incompetent.

The corner room offered a stunning view of the city and Grace Cathedral, bathed in marvelous light, and the staff were incredibly friendly—just pure pleasure, one of the best hotel experiences ever.

The bathroom looked a bit run down and could use maintenance; the floorboards had visible buildup and appeared worn and neglected. There was also no coffee or tea available in the room.
