Overall, the experience was incredible; the photos don’t do it justice, it’s much more beautiful in person. The staff were attentive and friendly, the room was comfortable and clean, the food was very good, and the valley views were unbeatable. The only downside was the parking – it’s free but on a huge hill.

The staff, facilities and location are excellent. The rooms are a bit small but very comfortable, and the private parking is a bit far.

The place is well located, mysterious, and it comes with an unexpected Jacuzzi suite, a nice pool, and an excellent breakfast. I wouldn't mention anything else.

The location is great, central, easy to walk around the town and back to the room. The only downside is the few sun chairs.

The hotel is stunning, with meticulously kept, tidy and attractive spaces, and the rooms provide everything needed for a great stay; the food is delicious, the cocktails are superb and the drinks very refreshing, plus you get to pick from four breakfast options that are already included in the booking. The staff are extremely friendly and always ready to give you the best service, and the location is just two blocks from the main park in Santa Fe de Antioquia and a five‑minute walk from the terminal. I would definitely recommend it 100 %. The only downside was that the suite was missing a night‑stand on one side of the bed and the view was poor, looking onto a plot of land beside the hotel; other cheaper rooms offer better vistas.
