The staff were super attentive, always ready to spend time making us feel at home and showing us the area, especially that hidden gem, the Morabeza restaurant. The place is a 5‑minute drive from the city centre and a 15‑20 minute walk, so you get a quiet vibe.

They claimed the space was just for us, but the pool was dirty and the whole stay was a mess. We asked for a transfer to the port for our group of 6 women and 5 kids, and they brought two cars to charge us for two cars. The next day we booked a single‑car excursion, yet they tried to bill us 200 euros. After the trip we came back to a rowdy, drunk group, one even threatened to punch a friend. Breakfast was listed as 5 euros but we were charged 650 escudos. Watch out – they’re scammers.
