The breakfast was very well stocked.

The location is great for exploring the beautiful villages of Pierres Dorées, and the breakfast is very hearty and unlimited, though there's no elevator on the third floor, yet the bedding is good.

The quietness was appreciated, but our stay was quite disappointing with several issues to address: the room was not clean, containing multiple spiders and hair in the sheets, and the glasses in the bathroom were placed just above the toilet, which was unhygienic; there wasn’t enough shower gel for proper washing. Sound insulation was also a major problem—we could hear neighbors using the toilet, walking in their room, and doors opening and closing very clearly, which severely affected comfort and peace. The restaurant experience was also unpleasant: the selection was limited, the wait was long despite the room being sparsely occupied, and the room temperature was too cold. Some staff members answered our questions rather curtly, which didn’t improve the experience. Overall, we were quite disappointed and don’t plan to return; improvements are clearly needed in cleanliness, soundproofing, service, and restaurant reception.
